1. Who we are

Chamundeshwari Jyothishya Mandira (“we”, “us”), 293/B basement, 7th cross, Doddabasti main road, Near BBMP office, Nagarbhavi 1st Stage, Gnana Bharathi, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560056, provides astrology reports and consultations through this website.

2. What we collect

• Contact details: your name, email address and WhatsApp number.
• Birth details: name, date, time and place of birth for each person a report or consultation is about, and the language you choose.
• Consultation details: your chosen date, time, type and any question you share with us.
• Payment details: the amount, status and Razorpay transaction ID. Card, UPI and bank details are entered directly with Razorpay and are never seen or stored by us.

3. How we use it

• To prepare and deliver your report, or hold your consultation.
• To process and verify your payment.
• To send you order updates, booking details and your report link by WhatsApp and email.
• To answer your questions and handle refunds, and to keep records required by law.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your birth details for marketing.

4. Who we share it with

Only what is needed, with trusted providers who work on our behalf: Razorpay (payments), Supabase (secure database and file storage), Cloudflare (website hosting), Resend (email) and WhatsApp (messages). We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

5. How we protect it

Data is sent over encrypted connections. Reports are kept in private storage and open only through your own link, which works for 15 minutes at a time. Only our authorised staff can see order details, and every action is logged.

6. How long we keep it

Report PDF files are deleted 7 days after they are ready. Please download and save your report. We keep the order record (without the file) for as long as needed to answer questions, handle refunds and meet tax and legal requirements.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time. Some records may need to be kept where the law requires it. These rights are provided in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

8. Cookies

We use only what the website needs to work, such as remembering your light or dark theme. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

1. Our services

We provide personalised astrology reports delivered as PDF files, and one-on-one consultations online or in person. Prices are shown in Indian rupees on each page.

2. Your details

• Please give accurate and complete details. Reports are prepared only from what you submit, so check them on the review step before paying.
• If you order for someone else, you confirm you have their permission to share their birth details.
• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. A parent or guardian may order for a child.

3. Orders and payment

• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
• Your order is confirmed only after your payment is verified. You then receive an order or booking ID.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if the details are incomplete. You will be refunded in full if we do.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver reports within 24 hours of a verified payment. You download the report with the private link we send on WhatsApp and email, or from the Download Report page with your order ID and email. The file is available for 7 days.

5. Consultations

Consultations are held at the date and time you book (India time). Please be on time. In-person consultations are free to book, and the consultation fee is paid during the visit. Cancelling and rescheduling follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Nature of astrology

Astrology offers guidance, not certainty. Our reports and consultations are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Please read our Disclaimer.

7. Personal use

Reports are for your personal use. The content and design of this website and our reports belong to Chamundeshwari Jyothishya Mandira and may not be resold or published without permission.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for decisions you make based on a report or consultation.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru having jurisdiction. We may update these terms; the version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

1. Astrology reports

• Before we start: you can cancel for a full refund until we begin preparing your report.
• Once preparation has started or the report is delivered: orders can't be cancelled or refunded, because the work is done specifically for you.
• Late delivery: we aim to deliver within 24 hours. If your report hasn't been delivered within 72 hours of a successful payment, you can ask for a full refund any time before it is delivered.
• Errors on our side: if the report has the wrong name or birth details compared with what you submitted, is in the wrong language, or the file doesn't open, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a corrected report free. If we can't correct it, we refund you in full.
• Mistakes in the details you entered: contact us straight away. We correct it free if we haven't started preparing your report. After that, a new order is needed.

2. Consultations

• In-person consultations: booking is free and nothing is paid online. The consultation fee is paid during your visit.
• Cancelling an online session: online consultations and report explanation calls are paid in full when you book. Cancel at least 24 hours before your booked time and we refund the amount you paid, minus a ₹49 booking fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours before are not refundable.
• Rescheduling: you can reschedule once free if you ask at least 12 hours before your booked time, subject to availability.
• Missed consultations: if you don't join within 15 minutes of the start time, the consultation is treated as missed and is not refundable.
• If we need to cancel: you can choose a new time or, for online sessions, a full refund. For in-person bookings we will offer a new time.

3. Payment issues

• If you were charged more than once for the same order, the extra payment is refunded in full.
• If money was deducted but your order wasn't confirmed, it is refunded in full. Most banks reverse such payments automatically; if not, please contact us.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days of approval, depending on your bank.
